How long do we have to pack up and be out of the party space? When it’s time to wrap up your epic celebration, we kindly ask that you have everything packed up by the end time of your party. We've got more karate kids ready to take over the dojo, so let's make sure they get their turn too! Thanks for understanding and helping us keep the fun rolling!
-
Do we need to sweep and clean up the space? No need to break out the broom or work on your wax off! We've got the cleanup covered. Just pack up your belongings and any decorations you brought. We’ll handle the rest so you can leave the dojo without having to sweep your way out. Thanks for partying with us!
-
Will there be seating and tables for everyone?Yes, we will have tables and benches setup for everyone! We’ll even have a designated table for food, snacks, and drinks. So go ahead, enjoy your treats without fear of them vanishing in a cloud of smoke—unless, of course, you’ve got a sneaky ninja in your group!
-
Can we bring our own food and drinks?Yes, you can totally bring your own food and drinks to the party! We only ask that food and drinks stay at the tables and not on the mats or in the gaming room. And if you’re feeling more like ordering in, that’s cool too. We’re all about making sure everyone’s well-fed and ready for some fun, whether you’re packing snacks or dialing for a pizza. Just remember: no food fights!
-
Can we bring decorations?Absolutely, bring on the decorations! Just a quick note: we love your creative touch, but please keep the decorations to ones that won’t leave a mark. We want the party to look amazing, not the dojo!
-
Will an instructor be there to help with the party?Absolutely! Our instructor will be there to make sure the party runs like a well-oiled machine. We’ll handle leading the games, managing the group, and even running the gaming room—so you can relax and enjoy the party without having to worry about a thing!
-
Can parents stay and watch the class or hangout while kids are playing?Absolutely! We always encourage parents to stay and watch their little ones! But if you find yourself itching to join in, don’t worry; we offer adult classes too.

-
Can we bring our own games to play?Sure thing! You’re welcome to bring your own games like nerf or other games that won't damage the space. For safety reasons, we’ll need to skip soccer or other sports that involve kicking. Let us know what you’re thinking, and we’ll help make sure everything fits perfectly!
-
What other games/activities can you setup besides the gaming room or karate?Great question! Besides our awesome gaming room and karate classes, we can set up an epic dodgeball match, a dance party where everyone can show off their moves, and even a fun karaoke session! Plus, we’ve got more activities to make the party unforgettable. Just let us know what you’re interested in, and we’ll help create the perfect party experience!
-
Are your parties only for kids? Not at all! Our parties aren’t just for kids. We also host adult events, including private women’s self-defense parties where you can enjoy the space to yourselves, a space to watch the big game on the screen, and gaming parties for adults. Whether you’re into watching sports, gaming, or just having a great time with friends, we’ve got the perfect setup for you!
-
What time is drop off?Drop-off is anytime after 8 AM! Most kids arrive between 8 and 9, with camp activities starting around 9. If an earlier drop-off is needed, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
-
What time is pick up?Pick-up is between 4 and 4:30 PM. If you need a late pick-up, just give us a heads-up in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If a child has a class at 5 PM, they can stay with us until then. For classes later than 5, we ask that they be picked up and brought back. Thanks for helping us keep everything running smoothly!
-
what should children pack and wear?We recommend that children bring 1-2 snacks and a lunch for the day, along with a water bottle. Just a heads-up: we don’t have access to a fridge or microwave, so please plan meals accordingly. We strongly encourage children to wear activewear that’s comfortable for both working out and going to the park. Please also pack a hat, sunscreen, and bug spray, as we have a no-sharing policy due to allergies and sensitivities. For karate classes, kids can choose to wear their regular workout clothes or change into their karate uniforms if they have one.
-
Are there food restrictions for camp?If there are any allergies in the camp that may restrict what children can bring, we’ll send out an email with more details. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe and ready for fun! Also, on Fridays, we sometimes have movie time with treats or popcorn, so they might get a little extra snack to enjoy!
-
Do camps run on stat holidays?Absolutely! At our karate school, the fun never stops, even on stat holidays! Our camp will be in full swing, ensuring that the action, excitement, and learning continue uninterrupted. However, please note that while our camp runs during the day, our evening classes will take a break to celebrate the holiday. So, join us for a day of fun and training!
